I love to create websites and live and breathe my work. I don’t generally like to talk about myself, but feel that if you are going to be working with someone, it’s good to know something about them, so here goes! 🙂
Unlike the thousands of “web developers” who jump into web page design every year, with no background in graphic design at all, I have tons of experience in graphic design, online and offline marketing, photography and website design.
With over 25 years directly in the graphic design industry, I bring to the table a lot more experience creating visually appealing websites then someone who has only a computer programming or web coding background.
My passion is educating people on the ins and outs of online marketing and website design and development. I mainly do that through my blog and FREE weekly marketing newsletter that is dropped directly to your inbox every Monday morning.

25+ Years in Graphic Design and Web Development
I began my career in graphic design in 1988 as an in-house print designer for a commercial print shop. In 1993 I began playing with HTML code, back in the infancy of the internet, creating websites entirely by hand-coding them. I have taken my many decades of experience in both print design and website coding and now specialize in website design and development for discerning clientele.
I personally take the lead on all of my projects and let my passion for typography, colors, and the challenges that come with creating a custom branded website for my clients, show in my work. My main goal is to make sure that my clients can enjoy many years of successful online marketing with their websites.
I love to create clean, professional and functional websites for them, that are on top of the latest technology, including being mobile responsive. Responsive matters in 2016! More people than ever before visit websites from tablets and cell phones, and the numbers continue to rise.
I Run A Boutique Agency, Where Clients Come First
Since I run a boutique web design company, I don’t just take on every client that inquires about my services. I want to make sure the client and myself are a good fit for each other, so that I know they will be happy working with me and that I will produce a finished website that works for their business.
And, I don’t just pop out websites left and right, I take the time to make sure my websites are properly optimized for search engines, have proper tools installed to help my clients optimize their own pages for search engines when they write new content, and I can assist you with other areas such as website hosting, online and social media marketing and email list management. I even offer ghost blogging, content writing services and website maintenance packages.
Hands On Experience
Other agencies will often outsource many aspects of your project overseas, or to a larger team of people, so you have a lot of different hands working on your site. This can lead to many different creative visions for your site, due to different personalities, and often times languages, that are involved with working on it.
Many times there is lack of communication between the salesman, who deals directly with the client, and the creatives, who are actually doing the work, which causes your vision for the website to get lost in translation.
Some, so called, “web developers” even act as strictly a middle man, and will outsource the entire job to overseas contractors at a cut-rate price, with a hefty markup back to you. They have no graphic design or website development hands-on experience.
They don’t know how to properly code a site themselves, don’t own a copy of Photoshop or other professional design tools, for properly preparing online images, and couldn’t tell you how to write proper HTML5 or CSS code, if their life depended on it.nts each year, in order to adequately service them with the attention to detail and time they deserve.
Is this really who you want working on what may be your company’s most important marketing piece?
Committed To One-on-One Business Relationships
While I may, from time to time work on projects with my hand-selected backup team, I never outsource my labor overseas, and you will deal directly with me through all aspects of the development and creation of your website. This ensures that both me and my clients are on the same page from the get go.
However, such individualized and personalized attention means that I can only take on so many clients each year, in order to adequately service them with the attention to detail and time they deserve.
Serving Clients Locally and Worldwide
I am located in sunny Spring Hill, Florida, in Hernando County, about an hour north of the Tampa Bay area, but I have clients all across the US, since the nature of the internet is not location dependent.
I also perform work for several advertising agencies and graphic design studios, across the US and Canada, who don’t have their own in-house website coding expert.
If you are thinking of starting a new website, or having your existing website redesigned and updated, please contact me. I am happy to give you a free proposal, once I am able to discuss with you the things you are looking for in your new website.
I work with businesses and non-profits to define their brand and build websites and marketing collateral that performs well for them. I believe that a website is a company’s number one marketing piece and the best salesperson their business will ever employ. After all, it is working for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! What employee can do that for you?
