Big Red Septic is a newly launched septic tank pumping and installation company serving Hernando, Citrus, and Pasco counties along Florida’s Nature Coast. As a new business, they came to us needing a professional online presence that would help them build credibility, generate leads, and establish their presence in a competitive local market.
The primary goals for the website were:
- Establishing a strong local presence
- Encouraging calls and quote requests
- Presenting a clean, professional image
- Providing educational content for customers over time
Strategy & Approach
Our engagement began with a deep dive into the local competitive landscape. By analyzing what was working for other septic providers in the area, we were able to build a smart sitemap and SEO-focused content strategy that would set Big Red Septic apart from the start.

Design & Development
We designed the logo and website with Big Red Septic’s tanker trucks in mind. Their bright red color became a foundational element in the design—used to convey urgency, trust, and local pride. We mirrored the shape of the tank in the curves of the logo and call-to-action buttons, subtly reinforcing brand recognition across every page.
The site was built on WordPress using the Divi framework for ease of updates and scalability.
Key features included:
- A dynamic quote request form that reveals additional fields based on user selections
- Mobile-optimized layouts for field users and homeowners on the go
- Google Analytics and Search Console integrations
- Planned integration of live Google Reviews
- An expandable education section to house articles, short videos, and FAQs
Results & Impact
While it’s still early days post-launch, the feedback from Big Red Septic has been overwhelmingly positive. They’re thrilled with the site’s look and feel and excited about phase two, which will focus on:
- Rolling out localized landing pages
- Launching educational resources to inform and convert leads
- Driving increased visibility through content marketing and Google search
