Your goals, your budget and your level of personal involvement will all factor in to what type of website you will have.
You: How involved do you want to be in the project? With little or no budget, you will be the designer, developer, project manager, content writer and marketer. As your budget increases, your direct responsibility for completing the entire project decreases.
Goals: What type of website do you need? Something ‘’good enough?” Better than your closest competitors? Or the leader in your industry? Each of these goals are different, and your budget should adjust accordingly.
Budget: Total project cost will be impacted by your goals for the site and how much involvement you want to have in the process. For a higher quality website with less personal involvement in the deliverables, the higher your budget should be.
